Full sets, refills and add-ons
Every set is tailored in consultation. A full set takes two to three hours — lash extensions are a luxury service, and the time shows in the result.

What to know before your first appointment
Read through the policies and the service list below, then book your appointment online.
Set aside 2–3 hours
Lash extensions are a luxury service. A full set takes 2–3 hours from start to finish, so plan the day around it.
Arrive five minutes early
Come 5 minutes before your first appointment so there is time to ask questions and settle on the look you want.
Booking Policies
The four things to read first
These keep the schedule fair for everyone booked that day.
Late
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically cancelled and will need to be rescheduled for another day.
Payments
A non-refundable $15 deposit is required upon booking, sent to geluxelashes@gmail.com, and goes toward your total. Cash and e-transfer accepted.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please give at least 24 hours notice by text if you cannot make your appointment, so you do not lose your deposit.
Infills
Refills are 2–3.5 weeks after your initial appointment. If you have less than 40% remaining, or exceed the refill period, the full set price applies.
Prep & Aftercare

Retention comes down to what happens on either side of the appointment. Six things each way.
Before your service
Come prepared and the set applies cleaner and lasts longer.
- Avoid oil-based products
- No makeup around the eye, and no eye contacts
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Send your $15 deposit to geluxelashes@gmail.com
- No caffeine beforehand
- Let me know if you are running late
After your service
Aftercare is the difference between two weeks and four.
- Avoid oil-based products
- Do not use mascara
- Do not wet your lashes for 24 hours
- Wash your lashes
- Schedule your refill for 2–3 weeks
- Get them removed professionally
